MSR Solutions Inc. Company Christmas Party 2021

MSR Solutions Inc. Company Christmas Party 2021

The event began with a shuttle van service that allowed us all to arrive to the party & back home safely while enjoying the twinkling lights on our travels. The highlight of the evening was the amazing food & drink services supplied by the 1550 Pub Catering. Grouped into 4 teams, creative poems & limericks were written to include specific Christmas Holiday favourites. It was no surprise that team Penguin wrote & performed a little ditty rhyming everything with “how bizarre, how bizarre, how bizarre”.

A fun & festive time was had by all.

New Hires: Growing Again

New Hires: Growing Again

CEO, Mike Seymour, is excited about the newest hires at MSR Solutions Inc.

“We have three new hires this year,” he said. “TJ (Thys John) Molland and Cole Seymour are both recent graduates (COVID-19 style) from the Civil and Structural Technologies program at Camosun College. It is the same school and course I attended back in 1984.

“TJ and Cole are returning employees as they have previously been co-op students.  TJ will be responsible for data analysis and report writing in our water sector, and Cole is supporting our wastewater team in field work, and doing report writing and operations.

Justin Allen is also returning for a second co-op term from the University of Victoria civil engineering program. Justin has been working his magic in setting up some of our systems management, as well as report writing on some of our newest projects. He has great analytical skills and is working in our wastewater group.”

We hope you join MSR Solutions Inc. in welcoming these three. MSR looks forward to the great work they are doing, and will continue to do in the future.

Site Seeing from Above

Site Seeing from Above

What an incredible way to get to a job site.  This is site seeing done right!

Recently, CEO Mike Seymour, had the incredible opportunity to assist a client with his project. The tricky part was how to get there in time and get back to the office for another meeting.

Time constraints are common in business; however, a helicopter ride proved to be the answer to conquering the time crunch. Mike had the great opportunity to catch a ride on a helicopter and see the west coast from the air.

“Great surf and great fun,” say Mike. “Most of all, it was a beneficial meeting for the client, and we achieved the objectives. I am grateful for having had this opportunity, and meet our clients needs in a very fast and fun day.”
